Hi everyone! I am a 25 year old female who decided it's time to try one more time at this thing called weight loss. I'm embarking on this journey two weeks before the holidays, so I'm not quite sure what my results will be like within that time frame. I was looking forward to starting after the holidays, however I did not want this to be a New Year's Resolution. Weight loss has always been a New Year's Resolution of mine and year after year I've failed at doing what I set out to do until this point.
I have various workout videos that I will be doing on a daily basis over the next 90 days. I will let you know which ones I am using as well as what I do for workouts on the WII FIT. I'm not sure how accurate the counts are on the WII FIT, but its fun and it does make you break a sweat. Either way, I will document everything I do, so if it works we will all know how I got there and you can try it as well. I decided to blog this so I can get feedback and maybe even some new ideas along the way. I just wanted to let everyone know in advance that I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer. What I am doing on here is purely here say from friends and from online bloggers. So here goes, let's start the first day of my 90 day transformation.
