My Monday morning didn't start off too well, my alarm clock didn't go off therefore i was late for work and couldn't eat breakfast. Great start to my weight loss journey! There are constantly roadblocks in this but we need to learn to overcome what gets thrown at us. So here is my food and exercise journals for Day #1.
Snack - 10:30am - ALLMAX CLA capsule, 1 medium banana
Lunch - 12:30pm - ALLMAX CLA capsule, Ham sandwich (2pcs whole wheat bread, 3 pcs of sliced deli meat, mayo, mustard, and 1 slice of cheddar cheese)
Snack - 3:00pm - Single serving size of rice pudding
Supper - 6:00pm -ALLMAX CLA capsule, nachos, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, salsa (loaded on the veggies)
Snack - 11:30pm - 2 pcs ham, mustard, cheese
I don't have any drinks written down, but I drink plenty of water. I bought a one litre refillable bottle and fill that probably 3 times a day, so getting fluids into me isn't a hard thing to follow. However drinking enough water is very important.
As for my workout today, my DVD player wasn't working properly so instead of doing my Slim in 6 video I wanted to try again, I ended up playing on the WII FIT. For the WII FIT I did free step for 1 hour (2x30 minute sessions) for a total of 6862 steps. Believe me, that worked up a sweat, it also says it burnt approximately 300 calories! I also found some different videos on youtube, i may try those one day.
So here is Day #1 down, 89 more to go. I know there are things that could have or should have been changed to have better eating habits, but each day is always a learning experience and we can always try harder the next day.
